As a side rant, I can't believe that the modern DSLRs do not have a size crop mode. I would love to look through the view finder and compose to 6x7, 8x10, etc, even if you miss pixels.
**Explored, thank you! For lighting, I used the D90's commander mode and had an SB600 in the corner at 45 degrees up.
