Review -- Chonlada Suwannapoom of Land & Houses

Chonlada Suwannapoom from Land & Houses


If you interested in finding new home in eastern zone, this is the most recommended village that you should visit. Chonlada Suwannapoom is developed by Land & Houses who is the top residential developer of Thailand. The project in located in Soi Ladkrabang 54 which connecting Ladkrabang and Bangna Trad road. The project is located close to airport rail link which will bring to downtown easily.


After you pass the village gate, you will see the panoramic view of unforgettable lake which cast many visitors to buy a new house with them.




Chonlada Suwannapoom is a large
village which consisted approximately 1,000 units. The project sold
50%. This is top performer of Land & Houses' project.





Most of buyers are person who work in the new airport such pilot, flight attendant or ground officer which they work in shift, so the village is very peaceful. When I visited the project, I found some expat live in here.


There are many designs. It starts with the smallest with price around 3.5 million Banht. The usage are 118 - 124 sqm. This type is suitable for a new couple.




The bigger one is 160 sqm with 4 million Baht.

The houses are laid in north-south. The material is OK. The unique selling poing is the resort ambient with panorama view.
Weekend trip starts at your home.




The project facility is excellent with large scale green area, high-end design club house, basketball court and also tennis. If you interseted to buy 3.5 million Baht house, this facility is mostly found in the high-end village. Need to see.

The trasportation is convenient. Can use motorway or Onnuch road to downtown. In the future, there will be a new road link to airport near village entrance.


What I like most are resort atmosphere, lake and green space.

What I dislike most is transportation is limited if you don't have personal vehicle.


In short, it is must see project.

Bangkok Review -- Parkway Chalet


Parkway Chalet of Tararom

Parkway Chalet from Tararom group is located on Sukhapiban 3 road. Sukhapiban 3 road is a major road with 40 m road width. It is the major road of eastern Bangkok area which connecting to Romklao, Serithai, Suwintawong, Ladprao, Eastern ring road and Rama IX road.


The facilites are surrounded. Big C supercenter is located opposite the project.
Suvarnabhumi airport is close to this village.
The famous universities including KMITL, NIDA, ABAC and Kasembundit. There are several high schools in this area including internation schools. Kasemrat hospital is also located on this road.

Village sport club is located in the entrace of village. It is a huge one. The club is integrated with fitness and spa. The home price is start with 4 million Baht. The cheapest house is located 3 kilometer off from the main road.


The home usage area is not fit my requirements. The smallest one is 120 sqm then jump to the big one with 170 sqm. Parkway Chalet does not has mid size such 140 or 150 sqm house model. The house concept is Swiss Chalet design.

There are international environment due to residents are both Thai and expat.

The sales officer has good service minded. When i came by walk last time, she also treat me well.

Bangkok Review -- KC Natural Ville Romklao

KC Natural Ville Romklao from KC

The project is located,actually the village's gate,on Romklao road. The road is one of major link to new airport. The road infrastructure can be navigated from project Baan Suan Romklao because it's located on the same road but opposite side.

The strongest point of KC Natural Ville Romklao is Pricing!!! It begins with 2 million Baht but it located in the inner phase. The project has many phases, the higher price the closer site. 

The cheapest house is 3 Km off from Romklao road. The house facing north-south.

House design with superior space. The interesting model is Primula which usage area approxinmately 160 - 170 sqm. The house is built with brick.


This project is suitable for family with car. 3 Km is good for health but not everyday. There is no motorcycle taxi drop off point.

In my opinion, this one of valued choice. KC mostly build the house with larger space comparing with the other developers. One more thing, quality always vary with price. Some noise from airplane can be heard.

Overall atmosphere is similar to living in the cool resort. It's totally fresh. No pollution in this village. The only problem maybe the noise but it can be solved by using airconditionned and interior material when you live inside your home. The project will be a big village with approx 1,000 units in the future. KC still have large land plot to develop.

What I like most are pricing and home model. Sales person is good.

What I dislike most are noise and deep entrance.
