Review -- Mantana On-nut Ring Road from Land & Houses

Mantana On-nut ring road is develop by LH. This project was oberved because i want to survey the higher price level.

Mantana selling point is the tropical garden. Various type of plant easily found along the village road. The club house represented the luxurious resort. The swimming pool is surrounded by garden.
The location of Mantana is hidden in the local road, so it required for own vehicle. The project is located in the deep Soi. In this soi you can find many new housing projects.

The local road is linked with eastern ring road which is the most convenient way to go to your desired destination. The local road also linked with On nut andSrinakarin road. In rush hour, the congestion is expected.

The project is not newly launched so there are many neighbors live in this village. The house model that i visited is priced early 5 million Baht. The design is very good with island kitchen concept and it look spacious.


In my opinion, Chonlada is better.

Review -- Similan Reef

Similan Reef From Ananda Development


This is one of few projects that designed for senior people which Similan Reef prepared for bed room at first floor. And the house still have enough space for living. However, this house model is limited only 5 units but i think you can discuss with sales person.

The location is isolated. Similan Reef is situated on eastern ring road but a bit further of from main road. There are empty space or rice field surrounded the project. The weakness becomes the strength because you will feel like going to resort everyday. It's very peaceful. The project location is worsen than Baan Prompat.

The house is well designed with the utilized area. Similan Reef has only only 2 house models. The house is laid on small piece of land 50 square wa or 200 square meter. The club house is designed with resort style. The project has only 100 units.

In my opinion, the setting price is too high. At the luanching period was 3.49 MB but at the moment is 3.69 MB.

What I like most are home design and club house
What I don't like most are isolated location and difficult to live without car

Review -- Chonlada Suwannapoom of Land & Houses

Chonlada Suwannapoom from Land & Houses


If you interested in finding new home in eastern zone, this is the most recommended village that you should visit. Chonlada Suwannapoom is developed by Land & Houses who is the top residential developer of Thailand. The project in located in Soi Ladkrabang 54 which connecting Ladkrabang and Bangna Trad road. The project is located close to airport rail link which will bring to downtown easily.


After you pass the village gate, you will see the panoramic view of unforgettable lake which cast many visitors to buy a new house with them.




Chonlada Suwannapoom is a large
village which consisted approximately 1,000 units. The project sold
50%. This is top performer of Land & Houses' project.





Most of buyers are person who work in the new airport such pilot, flight attendant or ground officer which they work in shift, so the village is very peaceful. When I visited the project, I found some expat live in here.


There are many designs. It starts with the smallest with price around 3.5 million Banht. The usage are 118 - 124 sqm. This type is suitable for a new couple.




The bigger one is 160 sqm with 4 million Baht.

The houses are laid in north-south. The material is OK. The unique selling poing is the resort ambient with panorama view.
Weekend trip starts at your home.




The project facility is excellent with large scale green area, high-end design club house, basketball court and also tennis. If you interseted to buy 3.5 million Baht house, this facility is mostly found in the high-end village. Need to see.

The trasportation is convenient. Can use motorway or Onnuch road to downtown. In the future, there will be a new road link to airport near village entrance.


What I like most are resort atmosphere, lake and green space.

What I dislike most is transportation is limited if you don't have personal vehicle.


In short, it is must see project.
