Bangkok Review -- Baansuan Romklao

Baansuan Romklao from VA Land

The project is located on the major road, Romklao. It is 6 lanes road which is directly link to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The network roads are Romklao, Suwintawong, Sukhapiban 3, Ramkamhaeng, Ramintra and Sukhapiban 2.

Baansuan Romklao starts with 2 storey house 140 sqm usable area with 3.7 million Baht on small plot of land ( 200 sqm). The house is made with superior material. Ground floor is granito and the second floor is laminated. Windows and doors used vinyl frame branded windsor. Their material quality is above average.

By the way, i don't like the bahtroom.

No noise from airplane.

Master plan layout is designed with cluster concept. There are 2 gardens in the village. Project size is small. Public transporatation is good.

What I like most are superb location, good sales person.

What I dislike is small land plot only 200 sqm.

Bangkok review -- Living Nara Ramkamhaeng

Living Nara Ramkamhaeng from Living Land

The project is loacted on Ratpattana road which the secondary road connecting Romklao, Ramkamhaeng and Ring road. The road is being expanded from 2 lanes to 4 lanes.The new land valuation is announced in January of 2009. The land price increase 73.33% - 135.29% from last estimation. The project is small with 200 units.

House design is Bali look. The price is 4 million Baht. The project is almost sold out.

Project facilities included small swimming pool for kids, garden, and club house. Public transportation is available in form of van, and 2 rows car. It is perfect location for personal car which easily drive to ring road and then to express way.
What I like most are convenient location, located in community

What I dislike most is poor material.

Bangkok Review -- Casa Ville Watcharaphon from Q House

    Casa Ville Watcharaphon from Q House
    The project Casa Ville Watcharaphon is locate on Watcharaphon road. Watcharaphone area is the new housing development area. The area has fast residential development. The village has 4 house models with approximately 500 units. Price ranges 3 million to 7 million Baht. The usage area for each design is suitable for each customer requirements. The smallest is 140 sqm which I interested. The project atmosphere is good as same as the material. The house facing north-south which good for wind flow.
    After visited, i found that this village is mostly young family with small kids. If you want your kids having good community this Casa Ville is fit for you.
    Casa Ville Watcharaphon is located close to government housing project. No food shops near by.
    Transportation is designed for personal vehicle by using Watcharaphon or Saimai road. There is a new road near the project. The new road will connect Watcharaphon and Paholyothin road.
    What I like most are home design, location and atmosphere.
    What I dislike most are no food shops, many kids.
    P.S. if you find some good second hand house in this village, this project has good quality material comparing with the latest Casa Ville projects.
